Refund & Replacement Policies
Classy Cat and Dog dishes have been appreciated by pets and their caregivers around the world since 1988. We stand behind every dish we sell and we’re certain that you and your pets will be happy with this unique, and beneficial product.
We are also happy to consider hardship situations where the cost to obtain this product for your pet would be prohibitive. Small payments made over several months or another option can be arranged if helpful to you. We sometimes have a limited selection of seconds available with very minor blemishes at a reduced price.
Shipping and Refunds
- Replacement or full refund will be given for any dish lost or damaged in transit. In this instance, a claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will accept returns or exchanges for any reason. We may charge a restocking fee if we deem the return unnecessary or packing is damaged. Contact us at 250-245-3007 (this number is on PST) before returning any dish as there are specific instructions for doing so. Must be in original box, and packing intact. Customer pays return postage, unless Classy Cat is at fault.

- Shipments are sent within 2 business days of receipt of your payment.
- We ship to US customers from within the US.
- All other destinations are shipped from BC Canada.
Online Store and Payments:
- To use a credit card, choose the Pay Pal option with or without an account, and they will process your credit card for you.
- E-transfer payments are accepted from Canadian customers, please contact me if you need the correct amount as the website pricing is in USD currency.
